For Lifebook Mastery Membership

We do not issue refunds for our membership subscriptions once the trial has ended. The purpose of us offering a trial on all our subscriptions is for you to have enough time to explore the membership and make a decision as to whether you would like to pay for the membership before the end of your trial.

Please ensure you cancel your trial or your subscription before your next renewal if you do not wish to be charged.

For Lifebook Premium

As a Lifebook Premium customer, your purchase was between you and your Lifebook Leader. Please contact your Lifebook Leader if you wish to receive a refund. Your Lifebook Leader would have provided you with their refund policy beforehand.

For Lifebook Leaders Certification Program

Refunding via Apple or Google Play Store

If you purchased your subscription via Apple or Google Playstore, your subscription is managed by Apple or Google respectively and not the Lifebook team.
